How does pricing work?
I scope it with you first, then send a written quote with every fee and recurring cost spelled out before any work begins. What we agree is what you pay.
What if I already have a website?
I move it across - Squarespace, Wix, WordPress, whatever you're on. Content comes with it, your Google rankings stay intact, and it's rebuilt properly instead of stuck in a template builder.
How long does the build take?
New builds typically go live within 5-7 days, migrations similar. AI agent and consulting work is scoped per project.
Is there a minimum term?
Monthly engagements are month-to-month - pause or cancel any time. For SEO work I recommend a 3-month minimum, since rankings take time to move.
What about Zapier or Make?
Good for simple if-this-then-that flows, but they struggle with judgement calls, exceptions, dropped connections, or waiting on human approval. I use no-code where it fits and write custom code where it doesn't.
Do you work with businesses outside Adelaide?
Yes - Adelaide-based, serving clients Australia-wide. Most work happens online, so location rarely matters.
